Aubrey Dennison, or Bree, is an original character from a universe loosely based on the movie Underworld.

Background

Bree was the ten-year-old daughter of Alexander Dennison and Elizabeth Baker, two normal humans living in London. After they divorced, Bree was sent to live with her mother. Her mother wasn't exactly the ideal caretaker, and could often be accused of being aloof, cold, and controlling. Bree always looked forward to her weekend visits with her father. She was happy to meet her father's new friend, Jason Spence. Jason was a writer, and Bree loved books.

It wasn't long before Bree realized that Jason and her father were dating. She really liked Jason, so it was perfectly okay with her. She much preferred him to the men her mother dated. Bree is very observant, and she noticed that Jason was always away on trips during the full moon. When Jason told her he was a werewolf, she told him that she already knew that. She wasn't afraid.

Bree's mother, Beth, was dating a man named Bob that turned out to be Jason's father. He was even more aloof than her mother, and often called her 'Audrey' instead of 'Aubrey'. She really didn't like him, and when her mother told her that they were going to get married, she threw a tantrum and refused to be involved. To punish her daughter, Beth took all of Bree's books out of her room and locked them up. This triggered Bree into running away from home.

When she ran away, Bree was afraid that if she went to her father's house he would get in trouble. He was only supposed to see her on weekends, and she didn't want to make things worse. Instead, she went to library and found a corner to hide in, falling asleep there. Alex and Jason found her, and took her back, making Beth agree to give her back her books.

Her greatest passion is reading, and her reading list is probably considered rather age-inappropriate. Among the usual Tolkien and Lewis, she also reads Stephen King, as well as Jason's work. She really likes the horror genre, but is a big fan of fantasy as well.

In Canon Wars: On her first night in Purgatory, Bree's 'powers' suddenly activated. She had the power to move things telekinetically, but she couldn't control it so it was a bit chaotic. She was still in the shelter. Ginger immediately went to help the girl, and brought her back to where she was staying with Remus.

The girl quickly became attached to the two werewolves, calling them Uncle Remus and Aunt Ginger. Not only had she been a fan of the Harry Potter books (and Remus was her favorite character), but she was comforted by the fact that they were werewolves. It reminded her of home.

Current Updates

Bree managed to convince Uncle Remus and Aunt Ginger to live in the library. She loves being around all the books. She's also made friends with James Potter (Uncle James) and Lily Evans (sometimes Mom).

Bree is convinced that the objects that were moved during the night were moved by her abilities while she slept. This is why she hasn't been sleeping very well, and doesn't sleep alone anymore. She's also been kind of sad lately because she misses her dads.

When the crossing happened, Bree found her dad and her old house. Her Daddy Jason wasn't around, but it was enough to have her dad back. Her mom lives in Australia and doesn't talk to her anymore, because of her powers.

Bree is enrolled in Hogwarts 2.0. She was kidnapped by Captain Hook and a massive rescue party was formed to save her.

Bree started training with Emma Frost. She also took karate lessons at Sohma Kazuma (Zoom-sensei)'s dojo.

She's also good friends with Edward, and they hang out a lot. One time, when they were playing at Edward and Uncle Erik's house, Bree kissed the other girl. Then she ran away. Both girls were sort of confused, but they agreed to forget about it and just be friends. Bree still didn't really like Edward's boyfriend Momiji, though.

Later, she started seeing ghosts. Most of them are friendly, and just want her to give messages to their loved ones. A couple of them are more spooky than that. She saw Sadako, from the Ring, and was pretty scared. She refused to be around any TV's for a week. Emma let the girl and her father lock themselves up in her library. A week passed, and Bree was fine.

One of the ghosts she sees looks just like Bree. This is Mary, from Kingdom Hospital. She appears to Bree quite frequently, and they play together. She's one of Bree's good friends.

She also started getting lessons from young Hannibal Lector. He taught her concepts that were beyond her school classes (Even though she skipped two or three grades). She really enjoyed these lessons, and called him 'Uncle Hannibal.' She also really liked his sister, Mischa Lecter, and they play together a lot.

After Winston replaced her father, she moved in with Uncle James and Aunt Lily. She was a little unsure of her place at first, and acted out some. But now she has stabled out and is getting used to things again.
