Doctor Steel WAS:

• a toymaker for a "major toy company" which he will not name.
• fired from said toymaker for his radical designs (babies with buzzsaws for arms, etc)
• arrested after getting his revenge on said toy factory by blowing it up.
• caught by the cops and committed to an insane asylum after pleading insanity
• successful in an escape attempt from said asylum after two years- two other inmates escaped with him.  Five guards were killed.

Doctor Steel IS:

• bent on world domination
• the future Emperor of the world
• the greatest creator this world's ever seen
• not very modest.
• the owner of World Domination Toys, proceeds of which go to fuel his World Domination Fund.
• the commander of a group called the Toy Soldiers- people who are dedicated to spreading the word and propaganda of Doctor Steel.
• always wearing an elaborately tailored getup from the 1800's or a white vinyl lab coat and he is ALWAYS wearing gloves.
• shaved bald, but with a fantastic beard and chops
• more into his childhood than Michael Jackson but without all the creepy pedophilia and Peter Pan shit.  He's rather good with kids, actually.
• wearing dark goggles to block out the horrible reality of the world.  He creates his own reality behind the goggles with his mind.  It has something to do with quantum physics.

Doctor Steel HAS:

• a relatively small army of Toy Soldiers which your pup can join- all ages, no fighting required.
• pretty girls in sexy nurse and scout uniforms to better convince the masses to enlist
• a brilliant creative mind
• an internet show
• a hip-hop industrial synth-opera stage show with puppets.
• a grape-flavored mind control ray

Doctor Steel WANTS:

• your love
• your money to fund his takeover- buy World Domination Toys!
• a world filled with beauty.  And robots.  Beauty and robots.
• to change the world through entertainment
• to take over the world by building an army of Toy Soldiers that will grow so large it cannot be ignored, and once he has done so he wants:
• to tear down society, replace the ugly and boring with beauty and creativity.
• to remake the world into a Utopian Playland that focuses on fun instead of hate and war.

Doctor Steel LIKES:

• building robots (even though they all explode)
• toys (noun: an object that makes you happy.)
• creativity, imagination
• explosives
• puppets, monkeys
• his fans/soldiers
• reading
• cookies and juice breaks
• ping-pong

Doctor Steel DISLIKES:

• taking off his black rubber gloves
• ugly architecture, sweaters
• milk, alcohol, drugs (but you can drink/eat/say/do whatever you want as long as it makes you happy.)
• germs.  Icky.

In UTR:  The fictional character of Dr. Steel has replaced the actual reality of Dr. Steel (the underground musician).  Imagine the good Doctor's surprise when he wakes up in a condo in L.A, with none of his prototypes, just props.  The mind-control ray is gone, the Word Domination Fund and his company World Domination Toys never existed, his fanbase is significantly smaller, but his past criminal record is gone as well.  The amount of TV interviews he's had is much fewer.  Dr. Steel's world is almost identical to ours, except he was rather close to having seized control before being vortexed here.  Starting over from scratch is going to greatly irritate him, but he'll take it in stride.

(Doctor Steel's canon is taken from his website and internet show, his music, interviews and propaganda DVD.  The Toy Soldiers are a real thing, and if, after you check out his site, you behind the keyboard think this sounds like fun you can always join up with the Soldiers.  All they ask is that you spread the word, and there's always little missions and gatherings going on.  I am not Doctor Steel, I'm just doing this for fun in a game.  I make no money off of it.)
