Fiona Glenanne was born and raised in Ireland, one of two girls in a large family.  When her sister Clare was killed, she joined the IRA out of a desire for vengeance, until she ran into a bloodthirsty hooligan who was willing to murder children to satisfy his own ego-driven twisted version of patriotism.  After foiling his plans to bomb a school, she fled Ireland for Miami, Florida, where she ran into Michael Westen, who had just received his burn notice.

She has worked as a gunrunner, bomb-maker, and bounty hunter.  She is a crack shot with sidearms as well as rifles.  She is cynical, passionate, quick-tempered, and bluntly honest.  She loves shopping, hates surveillance, and is adept at adopting a variety of accents for undercover work.
