Fiona Glenanne is a character from the show Burn Notice. Her PB is Gabrielle Anwar, her player is Rach, and her journal is at erin_go_boom.

Fiona Glenanne was born and raised in Ireland, one of two girls in a large family.  When her sister Clare was killed, she joined the IRA out of a desire for vengeance, until she ran into a bloodthirsty hooligan who was willing to murder children to satisfy his own ego-driven twisted version of patriotism.  After foiling his plans to bomb a school, she fled Ireland for Miami, Florida, where she ran into Michael Westen, who had just received his burn notice.

She has worked as a gunrunner, bomb-maker, and bounty hunter.  She is a crack shot with sidearms as well as rifles.  Although not a professional thief, she is quite capable of picking a lock with a hairpin.  She is cynical, passionate, quick-tempered, and bluntly honest.  She loves shopping (for weapons as well as clothess), hates surveillance, and is adept at adopting a variety of accents for undercover work.

Fiona is, to put it mildly, not pleased to find herself in London, since she assumes that this world also has IRA partisans who would be just crazy enough to kill her for betraying the IRA on her world of origin.  Her current goal is to determine if anyone else she knows is also here, in addition to leaving the UK behind her before anyone decides to blow her up.
