Henry Tudor as of the year 1525 AD is Henry VIII, King of England, the second monarch of the Tudor dynasty.  He rules one of the wealthiest, most powerful nations in the world with a court as famous for its intrigue as its lavishness.  Henry arrives in UNDER THE RAINBOW a young, athletic, headstrong man of many appetites.  He finds that he has replaced a a famous British rock star (think a Keith Richards or Jimmy Page in their heyday), a lifestyle that suits him well.

Personality

Henry is a man who knows what he wants when he wants it, and is accustomed to having it without question and without delay.  On the surface, he's arrogant and boastful, and makes absolutely no bones about being a lover of women.  In the heart of him, though, are more regal and more sentimental behaviors, but those rise to the surface only on rare occasions.

UTR History

While on a hunt in the woods with his friends, Henry is separated from the group and caught in a freak windstorm.  He comes to in a bizarre world of the future, only to learn that he has been thrust into the life of this world's version of royalty: a rock star.  "King" Henry Tudor is the lead guitarist for the monumentally popular band Whitehall, and noted as both its leader and driving artistic force as well as its most dedicated party animal.

Henry's main residence is a multimillion dollar bachelor pad condominium at Palms Place in Las Vegas, a hotel in which he owns a percentage.  He also keeps large apartments in Los Angeles, London and New York.

He is also (at least technically) married to a Hollywood starlet named Katie.  The two got drunkenly hitched some time ago, but live separately except for movie premieres and photo ops.  Although Henry can get loudly jealous of his wife's infidelities, he thinks little or nothing of sleeping with an endless list of women.

Also of note is that Henry ended up in UTR the day before meeting Anne Boleyn (at least the historical/The Tudors version), so he's got none of that baggage in his new life.
