This is the page for Captain Jack Sparrow.  He's a pirate, he's a vampire, he's a Vampirate.

Here are a few facts about our dear captain:

His logic behind calling the house anything other than 'the manor' is thus: "Why would y'name a house?  S'not like it goes anywhere!"

His innate charm is something that he was mostly good at, and only got more of once he was sired by Teague.  His short attention span and singlemindedness are the same.  He's got a mind like a steel trpa, for an hour or two at a time.

Food: The smell of it doesn't make him sick as it's reported to do to others of his kind.  In fact, he quite likes it, especially baked goods and fresh fruit.  He's been known to eat chocolate ("Good chocolate" he insists) in small doses with no ill effects.

Alcohol: not only can he drink it, but it also takes the worst edge off his hunger.  Possibly also due to the fact that Teague was fair pickled at the time of Jack's siring.

Sex: He really likes it.  Not sure if this is relevant, but he insisted I add it to the list.

Facts that he knows to be true:

The Earth is flat, it just looks round in pictures, and it's quite possible to fall off the edge.

The radio is home to the world's best liliputian band ever.

The toaster is powered by a very tiny dragon who is ultimately docile, but still burns the toast when upset.

The television, like the radio, is full of liliputians, the best thespian troupe ever.  Alternately, he believes cartoons are some sort of highly detailed shadow puppet show.

He believes that butterflies are good luck, doubly so if they land on you.  The same goes for most birds (Albatrosses, vultures and bluejays are the exceptions) and especially his namesake.

Jack's vampiric OCD runs mostly to collecting, the beads in his hair are the most readily apparent sign of this.  He has only recently (within the past century, give or take) learned to read, his writing skill is spotty at best and as far as he's concerned, the computer might as well be magic.
