Jacqueline Fred Harkness is the daughter of The Doctor, Rose Tyler and Jack Harkness. How does that happen? Well magic mostly. She was born in 2065 along with her twin brother Tyler Harkness. She has two hearts like the Doctor, but doesn't have to regenerate, since she has the power to come back from the dead like her father. She also has a step sister named Kyoko Harkness. Technically she's the daughter of all the Doctor's, but which one in particular helped this union is most likely the Tenth Doctor. She was named after her grandmother Jackie Tyler, and Romana's other name Fred. Most people call her Fred. In her world, Kyoko's mother Tosh died when they were a bit older, and sometime after that, she and Tyler got moved back to this unvierse.
