Leo is played by Marissa

Currently resides in Oklahoma, is moving to San Francisco to be with his family.

Leo is a former whitelighter, 'fallen from grace' after an elder betrayed him and tried to kill Wyatt.  He feels a bit useless next to the charmed ones, but presses on as he does still have the one power that was always in him, his ability to be the support for the girls.

He is coming from post canon, Piper had just given birth to Prudence Melinda so they had their three children.

When he arrives he will have taken the persona of Tom Ward, the head of Chesapeake Energy so he will be quite wealthy.  Though bit younger version of the man as Leo isn't 48...
