General Personality: Mel is a lot like her mother, she had her same dry attitude. Yet she tries to see the good in everyone, thanks to her father's influence, even though she hides that trait below her dry witty sarcasm. She's pretty happy normally, not that she doesn't have her down moments. But she tries not to dwell on things that she has no control over. When it comes to magic she's rather loosed lipped, which tends to get her into trouble. She will use her powers when she's not suppose to, and tends to freeze before she thinks.

History:

Born to Piper and Leo in the year 2010, Melinda was their last child as well as their only daughter. Not only was she the only girl, she happened to be the only non-whiterlight in the family as well. Due to the fact that her father was mortal when she was conceived.

She had her mother's powers, as well as her mother's attitude. She quickly became know as mini Piper to her cousins and aunts, as well as her brothers. The two boys were always getting in trouble for orbing her to places, when they knew that she couldn't orb her way back.

Growing up she was a total daddy's girl, mostly due to Leo's protective nature and need to spoil his only little girl.

As she became older that did not change, and she often used her father's need to please as a way to get out of trouble. Since she had become quite the trouble maker of the bunch.
