General Info
Robyn was, before this game, a Dethklok roadie (Klokateer). She signed her life away to protect/serve who she perceives as the most important people on the planet. The contract extends until her death. Over the years she's developed a taste for human flesh, and very much enjoys killing and human gore- fresh or in just about any state of decay. Somewhat of a serial killer, a cannibal, and a necrophiliac. The name on her ID says Robyn Graves, which was her name before Dethklok. She feels that her true name is the name she was given under Dethklok- 359. But she'll use the old name occasionally as it's easier to get around in the outside world when you don't have a number for a name. This universe isn't used to Klokateers, so it makes sense. I use the names interchangeably in my writing, just to confuse the shit out of you.
PB: Kato Player: Solange
Replacing: Bass player from a ridiculous Christian metal band I made up called FrozenSoul.
Journal
History in Brief
Her parents are (or were) Roger and Anita Graves. When Robyn was seven, her older brother Sean was signed up for a Motocross event. Robyn used to pretend to "fix" Sean's bikes, and through a very unfortunate accident a screw came loose on Sean's bike the day of the event, and he crashed and died.
Blaming the death of their would-be star son on their daughter, Robyn's parents locked her in a large dog cage every day except for school days.
At age 13, Robyn was sprung from her prison by her little sister Amy, who was at that time 8 years old.
She ran away to the traveling circus, where an alcoholic snake charmer/ ex-musician taught her how to play the bass.
Robyn develops a taste for killing and eating people. People in the cities they went to started to turn up missing.
Dr Rockso the Rock n' Roll Clown came to perform at the circus.
Robyn faked her own death to run away again and do crew work for Rockso, eventually moving up to playing bass for him on tour. This is where she picks up the coke addiction.
At age 18, she sees her first Dethklok concert, immediately quits her job with Rockso, pawns her bass, and signs up to be a Klokateer. The number 359 becomes her name, legally.
Under Dethklok's service, she took but one vacation. It was to go back and kill her parents. And several of their neighbors.
Now at age 21, she is one of Dethklok's longest-surviving roadies, and takes her job very seriously.
If you want to read the whole long story, I made a spiffy LJ page with all of it here.
Powers/Skills
Robyn is human. She has absolutely no supernatural powers. She is, however, very lucky. And very good at killing people.
She has the "power" of taking a huge beating and to keep on going. Her Klokateer training is a sort of brainwashing that, in a fight, allows her to ignore intense pain and keep fighting until the target or herself is dead. It's hard to stop once that kicks in. When she's not being a mindless killing machine, she's a masochist to the extreme. It would be very easy for her to die without even realizing or caring that it's happening. The only reason she doesn't is her oath to her masters- she is compelled to serve and protect Dethklok until they no longer need or want her.
Weapons
Absolutely anything she can get her hands on.
Prefers her own knives, or swords.
And most of all favors her giant axe.
Weaknesses
Cocaine addiction.
Does not like being touched. Ever. Or she used to hate it, but there are now a few people whose touch is tolerated.
Will do anything for Dethklok.
Values
359 does not have a conventional set of morals, but she has certain beliefs, codes, and values.
She believes that Facebones is real, a spirit that manifests itself on a screen to guide the Klokateers.
She believes that money is immaterial, so she owns few goods and prefers to waste her paycheck on intangible things.
She believes that the members of Dethklok deserve to be billionaires.
She wholeheartedly believes that the members of Dethklok are metal gods.
She believes that you MUST eat what you kill. Sex, food, and murder are all connected in her brain.
She does not necessarily believe in the innocence of children, but finds them squirmy and small and far too fattening so she never kills them.
She believes that death is a blessing, that shall someday be granted to her by the will of her masters.
She doesn't eat any meat that isn't human.
Appearance
Deceptively weak-looking, but there's muscles under there. Green eyes, longlonglong black hair. Scars everywhere.
Updates
Robyn was, with her fellow roadies, attempting to pull Dethklok's enormous boat over a mountain in the Amazon. It got to the peak of the mountain, teeter-totered a bit, then slid down the other side with so much force that it killed most of the roadies who'd been working with her that day. She ran, and was pretty sure she was going to make it out of the boat's path. Just then, a vortex appeared and time slowed and she was sucked inside it.
She woke up in rehab in the game universe (apparently the bass player she replaced also had a coke problem). Without much of a word to the doctor or her visitors/bandmates, she left. Pickles found her and picked her up, along with future-Skwisgaar. She'd been working at mini-Mordhaus (a castle outside London- temporary housing for the band until the real Mordhaus is re-constructed) ever since, training new roadies/Klokateers to fill the thousands of empty spaces in Mordhaus staff.
359, as is previously mentioned, has a near-insatiable blood lust. It was easier to hide when Dethklok was a godlike presence in the world, when fans literally signed their lives away before being admitted into shows, when Klokateers were recognized by the U.N. as a global police force and could track down and abduct citizens for downloading Dethklok's music illegally, jailing them in secret underground dungeons. In this world, she figured out immediatey that it wasn't going to be so easy anymore. Until his disappearance she'd been seeing a psychiatrist, Jonathan Crane, in hopes that he could help her control it so she doesn't lose her temper and murder someone she shouldn't.
Currently, 359 is the head Klokateer at the reconstructed Mordhaus in Baja. She trains new recruits every day. As part of Klokateer initiation, each new batch of recruits is required to pair up into groups of two people and fight each other to the death. Thus, a 50% mortality rate is mandatory, however it's always higher than that as the victors often die from battle wounds. Teja Wartooth, Toki's son-from-the-future, came up with the idea to have Sadako Yamamura, Mordhaus's on-call psychic healer, fix up the worthy victors to give them a second chance. So with these advancements over the old techniques, the army of Klokateers is growing by the day. What started with 359 as literally the only roadie in this 'verse, has grown to an army of over a thousand.
Though she's somewhat of a misanthropist, she can put on a show of friendliness, and does on occasion. She likes to talk to or meet people on the boards, get to know them and their powers/skills. This is mostly to assess threats to her masters, and occasionally just out of pure curiosity. She does enjoy doing drugs with just about anyone, and since she's been here has been collecting anything and everything she can find, amassing it all into one giant bag she dubbed The Satchel. She never takes cash for drugs, and would rather share them with you than sell them to you. But if she doesn't have time for that, she'll trade you for a favor IOU. She doesn't need them but they are nice to have, and if used will never involve anything horrendously illegal or immoral.
Having been here a few months, she'd discovered that there are people worth talking to, people who share a similar bloodlust, people she doesn't mind calling "friends." So far, Sadako Yamamura is the one person she truly considers a friend, though there are various other people also worth talking to in her eyes. She dated Teja Wartooth for a while but it ended... very very badly. An incident around Halloween turned her into a werewolf, coinciding with her therapist's disappearance, and when Teja realized her killing ways weren't something he wanted in on, he attempted to break up with her. She was about to fight him when the anger triggered the werewolf side of her, and she turned wolf on the spot and nearly killed him. She was sedated, locked up overnight and Sadako cured her of her werewolfness. She now sees a new therapist, Norah Skinner.
