Romeo Tchaikovskiy is an original character. He is a professional ballroom dance instructor, coach and competitor living in San Diego, California. Romeo is everything a stereotypical Eastern European dance instructor could be expected to be: arrogant, vain and a really snappy dresser. Romeo ends up UNDER THE RAINBOW not long after winning his first national championship title.
Personality
Take any of the most cliche and/or annoying traits of any male ballroom dance instructor you've ever seen on TV or in movies and put them all together. That pretty much gives you Romeo Tchaikovskiy. He pretty much defines the phrase "hotshot". He's a highly talented dancer, and he knows it. He also doesn't have a problem reminding people of the fact, either. Romeo also makes most of his living by coaching and competing with amateur students at the highest levels. Of course, this makes a beginner class Romeo's idea of hell. He's fixated on his looks and his clothes, and on dancing with and dating beautiful women.
UTR History
Romeo ends up in UTR hours after winning his first professional national championship title, and minutes after breaking up with his partner over having slept with one of their rivals.
Character Notes
Romeo's PB is Alec Mazo, of the show Dancing With the Stars. His journal is Latin_Face (from the exaggerated expressions most Latin dancers tend to make).
Romeo is played by Eric.
