Skwisgaala is one of those 'what if' kinds of characters.  She came about ... ages and ages ago with a small group of crazies playing as the normal Dethklok guys, something (that was later revealed to be a compound that The Joker added to the kool-aid in the hot tub at Mordhaus, don't ask.) happened and they all woke up as women.

Skwisgaar, however, stayed a woman even after the others had changed back.  She was also totally confused as to why the rest of the band was suddenly dudes, and why they kept insisting that she normally was one too.

As far as attitude goes, she's basically Skwisgaar with tits, she's cocky, and brash, and very very very full of herself.  She's the fastest guitarist in the world, and she's lead guitar for a band that just happens to be the world's twelfth largest economy.
