The Cheshire Cat is an enigma wrapped in snark, boxed in a riddle and tied off with a sinister grin.

He's something of a Deus Ex Machina, in that he usually has the explanation for things, or the directions on how to get there.  He's rather fond, however, of giving the important information offhandedly, and the offhanded information as if it's life or death.

He also likes kids, especially the curious ones.
