Hey all!

I'm Vicki (known as Djehuti on various places of the interwebs). I'm a long time RPer that hails from Nova Scotia, Canada (though currently living in Alberta). I'm pretty easy going and I get along well with mostly anyone. Don't be shy, I don't bite!! (...hard...lol) Feel free to email me if you have any questions or plot ideas. I usually hand out other forms of contact info (such as Yahoo or AIM) once I build more rapports with other players (and my characters building connections with theirs. Easier to plot hehe!).

Due to real life and online giving me a real butt kicking this year, I am on a hiatus until further notice. All my characters on Insanejournal have been deleted since they were long term inactive anyway. I do like the setting of UTR and hope that someday I'll be able to return, but for now I will lay low and try to recover. I can still be reached by email if needed! Take care all and I hope 2013 is better than the hell that was 2012 (for me, and the rest of you!)

PLAY STYLE

• I tag pretty regularly. On busier parts of the work week I check messages and work on what I can - but for the most part It's not an overly long wait for a response. If I know there's going to be a significant gap I post in the OOC forum. :)
• I'm a fan of hurt/comfort and or angst, though I don't let that dominate my scenes. Only when the involved plot is appropriate.
• I am also able to RP more adult rated scenes - though only when it is plot heavy and moves the character development and story forward. I also don't normally romantically involve my character with another unless I've plotted or communicated with the Player about it beforehand. I'm pretty cautious about having my characters get into romantic relationships these days. I like good communication between the other player first as it takes a certain degree of trust and good friendship/rapport. What happens with the characters involved, has absolutely nothing to do with the Players and IC/OOC interactions are separate. :)
• I can tend to be heavy handed with the typing at times - so I tend to have infamous 'walls o'text' on the occasion. I do break it up into paragraphs to make it easier though! This tendency shows itself more when writing in 3rd person.
• I obey the golden rule of RP: OOC =/= IC and always have followed it. I love to do a lot of speculation and plotting OOC - but it has nothing to do with actual character development in active game play nor does it affect it. Also anything going on with me OOC has nothing to do with my characters and their active in-game development nor does it affect it. As long as this is understood, I don't foresee any issue. :)
