Haruka is the soldier of the skies, Sailor Uranus, de facto leader of the soldiers of the outer solar system whilst Sailor Saturn remains unawakened. She's played by Katie, her PB is the amazing Nao Takagi and her journal is 'harshsaintcry'.

Her canon is a mixture of most sources, including the musicals. Feel free to poke the mun for clarification on anything that seems really out-of-it.
